What research can—and cannot—tell us
This section summarizes publicly available research on mind-body exercise and traditional movement. We identify the study type, participants, limitations, and source so readers can distinguish early signals from established conclusions.
Research summaries are educational. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our editorial method
We prefer systematic reviews, peer-reviewed studies, university publications, and public-health sources. We avoid turning association into causation and do not generalize beyond the population studied.
