Traditional practice, taught with care
I’m Mao Ying.
I am a Baduanjin instructor from China. For the past five years, I have focused on teaching and refining Baduanjin, helping beginners learn through clear demonstrations, gentle pacing, and structured practice.
I have chosen to focus deeply on Baduanjin rather than trying to teach everything. One practice. Five years of teaching. One goal: to teach Baduanjin with clarity, depth, and consistency.
Practice grounded
in real experience.
First-place recognition in Baduanjin and Health Qigong Dance reflects years of disciplined practice and close attention to the foundations of Health Qigong.
